We had the distinct privilege to work with creative genius Ray Werner in the planning, design, and coordination of Mullen Advertising Pittsburgh Office. Regrettably the office was closed by the parent company in 2015, thankfully the talented staff members were quickly absorbed by other Pittsburgh Agencies.
The project was located on the ground floor of 40 24th Street a former concrete framed light industrial building adjacent to the Cork Factory in Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District Neighborhood.
The 13,500 sf space features exposed structure, cable tray systems, ductwork, and indirect lighting, juxtaposing hard and soft surfaces.
Based in part on the hands on approach of the agency and a limited budget workstations were built using low drywall partitions and stained MDF panels at a cost of 60% of similarly sized Systems Furniture.
